New nurse seeking furnished studio or flat in Bath

Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m 21 and have just qualified as a nurse. I’m relocating from Manchester for my first nursing job at the Royal United Hospital in Bath and am looking to move at the beginning of December.

Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished, self-contained studio, flat or annex with my own kitchen and bathroom. My budget is around £1,000 per month excluding bills, or around £1,200 with all bills included. I’d like somewhere to settle for at least a year.

I’m open to different areas of Bath or nearby, provided there is convenient public transport to the RUH, including for early and late shifts. Accommodation within someone’s home could also work if I have my own private facilities.

I’m quiet, considerate and responsible, and enjoy reading, watching films and going out for a coffee. I’ll be working a mixture of day and night shifts, so a peaceful home where I can rest between shifts would be lovely. My boyfriend lives in Manchester and may occasionally visit and stay.

As I’m relocating, a video viewing would be very helpful initially. I could attend an in-person viewing towards the end of November. Or a family member could visit for me in October.
