Professional seeking sociable houseshare

I’m a 47-year-old professional moving to London next year for work, commuting regularly to Cambridge and Luton. I’m looking around King’s Cross and well-connected areas of North London.

I’m Portuguese, gay, well travelled and enjoy a cosmopolitan, friendly environment. I’m independent and have a busy professional and social life, but I’d much rather share a home with interesting, easy-going people than live alone. I’m looking for a place where we can comfortably chat over a coffee or glass of wine and occasionally do something together, while naturally respecting each other’s space and routines.

I’m tidy, considerate and financially secure. My partner lives abroad and would visit occasionally, roughly every three months, so I’d be looking for a household where occasional guests are absolutely fine.

Ideally I’d like to share with mature, open-minded people who see a houseshare as a home rather than simply people occupying separate rooms.
