32 y/o Professional

Hi I’m Bill, I'm 32 originally from Ipswich but have lived in Manchester for 2.5 years now. My current housemate is moving out at the end of November (weekend of 28th) so i'm looking for someone to either move into my current apartment however also open to finding somewhere new too!

My current apartment is right by Cornbrook tram stop, and ideally i'd like to stay in this apartment or another one within this building (there is some options available starting in December)

I’m outgoing, sociable and super laid back /easy to get on with. During the week I work Monday to Friday so the apartment is very chilled and I value my own space for the most part.

Outside of work I’m pretty active, I gym, play football, run etc Socially i'm super close with friends and family so often out for food / drinks with them. I’m very clean and tidy and would appreciate the same from a housemate.
