German Yogi is looking for 6 Month in Cardiff- Cit

Hi ,I live in Mainz( City in Germany) and I am 66 years old. I am a civil engineering technician and handle contract acquisition for the civil and road construction company where I work. My adult children are still at university (in Munich and Berlin), and I plan to keep working until the end of April 2027. After that, I would like to come to Cardiff for six months starting in early May 2027 to take some time off. I am also an active yogi and a trainee meditation teacher, and I’ve heard that Cardiff has a very active scene in this area. I am a clean, respectful; peaceful and easygoing Person who values a Tide a Tide Home. Please only offers within the immediate Cardiff city area. In addition to the deposit, I can offer to pay the rent for the first 2–3 months in advance. The accomodation Soul have the following: bed at least 1,40 m wide, good wifi, wardrobe, Storage Space, no ground floor room, Shared bathroom, Shared Livingstones, Shared kitchen, Television Not necessary. However, I would like to view the accommodation beforehand and come to Cardiff for a short trip (subject to scheduling). I would arrange my own accommodation in the city for this trip. Please do Not offer accomodation in deprived areas.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards from Mainz
