Professional looking for clean, quiet room

Hi there,

I am a working professional starting a new role in Belfast and looking for a clean, quiet, and reliable room for roughly 3 to 4 nights a week (typically Monday to Thursday / hybrid working schedule).

A bit about me:

Routine: Very tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and focused on work during the week.

Schedule: Only in Belfast for working days—I head back home for the weekends, so you'll have the place entirely to yourself then.

Non-smoker, easy-going, and considerate housemate.

What I'm looking for:
A furnished double or single room in a clean, quiet flat or house. Easy access to public transport / bus routes into the city centre and south Belfast (Danesfort / Malone Road area).
Wi-Fi included.

I will be in Belfast from October 18th to October 21st and would be keen to view suitable places and meet potential flatmates in person.
