Looking to be a roomie

I'm looking for a double bedroom with an ensuite or sharing the bathroom with a small number of people. A clean and easy going place to live. Close enough to my work in bognor that I can walk to and from it, keeping my heart healthy and my bank account healthier.

I'm looking for someone who is neat, reliable and good at baking (I have a sweet tooth the size of an elephant and enjoy every form of pastry known to man) so expect a willing test subject for mysterious recipes and an open mouth for large batches. Those who cant bake are welcome too.
