Hi, my name is Connor, I’m 21 years old and I’m looking for somewhere to live from 1st November.

I currently work at PGL, an outdoor activity company where we teach children new skills and help them enjoy a range of exciting activities. I’m a hardworking, responsible and friendly person who enjoys working with others and keeping busy. I’m also looking at further employment opportunities during the winter and in the future, as I want to continue working and build a stable future for myself.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful, and I take pride in looking after my surroundings and other people’s property. I’m easygoing, considerate and happy to respect other people’s privacy, but I’m also sociable and enjoy having a good atmosphere at home.

I have a girlfriend who also works at PGL, and I’d like her to be able to visit regularly and occasionally stay overnight, ideally once or twice a week, provided this is okay with the landlord or other housemates.

I’m hoping to find somewhere I can settle into, have my own space and build some independence. I’m open to a house share or other suitable accommodation, and my maximum budget is £1,400 per month.

Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere friendly, comfortable and well looked after, where everyone respects each other and can get along.
