Want anything from the shop?

My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, so like all classic third wheelers not wanting to get in the way of young love, it’s time to find something new.

Currently living in Limehouse, ideally would love to stay within this area (Canada Water, Wapping, Rotherhithe, Shoreditch, Stepney Green, Mile End, Canary Wharf) but equally I like all corners of London and can easily make north, south, east and west my home.

I run my own business in the design industry, so my only need would be for desk space in my room and as a 6ft+ man who is about 70% leg a double bed is essential. I work from home several days a week and my job does require travel both in the UK and internationally, so yes airport snacks are part of the package.

My budget is £1100 (ideally less) and this should include bills.

Ideally I would like to live with a max of 3 others. In my 30's now so a party house is not totally my vibe, but the first round will always be on me and I'd love to mix some level of a social life in the house with a sense of independence.

It's important that our space feels like home and it would be amazing to spend quality time with like-minded people in the best city in the world.

Keen film photographer, regular football-goer (both UK and European trips) but you will find me nowhere near a hyrox.

Clean, tidy, non-smoker (don't mind if you are), love animals if you have any and will ask you if you (or the dog/cat) wants anything from the shop.

My tenancy is up on the 1st December so can move in middle / end of November.
