Description
I am undertaking a short course in Durham. I am a clean, responsible, and non-smoking professional.
I am looking for short-term accommodation and would like to move in as soon as possible, with my stay lasting until mid-January. I am happy to align with your specific moving-in dates if required.
The property is within my budget, and the necessary documentation is ready for the Right to Rent check.
Could you please let me know whether the property is available for this period and whether we can arrange a viewing?
Thank you for your time and consideration.
