Professional accountant looking for an en-suite room or studio in London — up to £1,400 including bills
Hi, I’m Mahsa! I’m an accountant and also do freelance work. I’m easygoing and considerate, and I’d love to find a welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable. I enjoy a friendly chat while respecting others’ privacy and personal space. I like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy, and I’m looking for a spacious, well-maintained place to settle into.
My preferred areas are North, North West and West London, from central London out towards Finchley or Chiswick. I’m also open to other nice neighbourhoods with good transport links.
I’ve rented my current one-bedroom flat for five years, paying £1,650 a month excluding rent. I’m now looking to downsize so I can save towards buying my own home. I can provide a reference from my landlord and a guarantor if needed.
I’m looking for a self-contained studio or a spacious en-suite room. Having my own private bathroom is essential, but I’m happy to share the kitchen.
My budget is up to £1,400 per month, including all bills. I’d ideally move around the end of November, although I’m flexible, and I’m hoping to find somewhere I can stay for two to three years.
