I am a 38-year-old university lecturer starting a new role at the University of Surrey on 19 October 2026.

I am looking for a clean, comfortable, furnished single or double room in Guildford, preferably within easy reach of the University of Surrey.

I will generally be in Guildford for 2–3 nights per week for work and spend most weekends in Manchester. I would therefore welcome a Monday–Friday let, part-time arrangement or flexible short-term rental.

I am a tidy, respectful and considerate professional who values a peaceful living environment. I am happy to share with other working professionals.

My preferred budget is around £300 per month, ideally including bills, although I am open to discussing suitable arrangements.

Please feel free to get in touch if you have something suitable. I would be happy to arrange a viewing.
