Hey! I’m 29 and have been living in Manchester for over five years. I work in property Monday to Friday, 9–5, and I’m looking for somewhere to live in Manchester city centre or the surrounding areas.

I’m really into fitness, going to the gym most weekdays and running. I’m also very sociable and enjoy going out and making plans at the weekend, but I’m equally happy having a chilled night in.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful, and I’d love to live with like-minded people who are friendly and up for socialising now and again.

I’m open to joining an existing house share or tenancy, finding someone to buddy up with to rent an apartment together, or finding a house with a spare room.

In terms of moving, I have two months’ notice at my current place, so I’d be looking to move in around two months after finding somewhere suitable.

Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home, with a good balance of socialising and having our own space.
