I’m Charlie, a 23 year old professional starting a role in London late November. I’ll be working in Communications, based near White City (on £31k salary) and I’m looking for a cosy place to call home! :)
I will be working on a hybrid schedule - working Mondays and Fridays from home so I am looking for a room which either has a desk or would be able to fit one!
I love socialising, going to the theatre or the cinema but also value my downtime. My clubbing days are behind me, but I love a cheeky pub trip. I am a non-smoker with no pets, and would love to find a well-looked after space to live.
What I’m looking for:
Budget - up to £1200 a month (inc bills)
Location - either within walking distance of White City/Shepherd Bush area or an easy commute in Zone 2
Move-in Date - ideally from the 13th November would be fab!
I can provide a reference from a previous landlord and can provide a guarantor if needed :)
