Friendly Professional (28) Looking for a Room

Hi! I’m a 28yo professional working at David Lloyd Finchley. Currently commuting all the way from Wanstead every day, but the drive is getting way too much, so I'm looking to move much closer to work.
I'm tidy, easygoing, and respectful of space. I'm always up for a good chat or having a chill evening in.
What I'm looking for:
Location: North Finchley, East Finchley, or nearby areas around North London.
Move-in: 1st of December.
Setup: Either taking a spare room in an existing flatshare, or teaming up with someone sound to find a place together.
If you have a room coming up around late November or fancy teaming up to look for a place, drop me a message☺️
