1+ bed whole property with garden/outdoor area! 😁

Our landlady has sadly sold so we are looking for a 1-2 bed, preferably 2 with a garden or outdoor space for me, my partner and our dog. Our maximum budget is 1400, not including bills. We’re friendly and clean people and I am a self proclaimed excellent DIY-er, so always happy to fix up bits and bobs when needs be. Free parking is a bonus but we can settle for permitted as long as there is usually spaces! Please feel free to message for any more information. 😊
