Friendly, tidy, active and adventurous

Hi, I’m James, 34, and I’m looking for a room in the Bournemouth area. Really flexible on dates and ideally would be around 6-8 months minimum.

I'm an endurance cyclist and work as a professional speaker. I'm also in the social media space. My work is a mixture of working from home, travelling and speaking at events. I'm hoping to secure a hot desk or workspace in the areas as well.

I’m really friendly and sociable, but equally happy doing my own thing and respectful of other people’s space. I'm incredibly active, so I’m often up early cycling or training at the gym. I generally prefer relaxed evenings and go to bed fairly early!

I’m clean, tidy and considerate, and I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly home with other professionals. The only slightly unusual request is the ideal place would have somewhere to store my bike.

My budget is up to £600-£650 per month including bills, although for the right place I could potentially go above this. I’m interested in Westbourne, Bournemouth, Boscombe and Southbourne, but again flexible on area too.
