We are a friendly and respectful couple looking for a room or a flat to rent, ideally with an available parking space for our car.

We both work most days of the week, so we are generally busy with our work commitments and appreciate a comfortable, peaceful and tidy living environment. I would mainly use the kitchen in the mornings to prepare meals, and we enjoy cooking occasionally and sharing food with others.

We are considerate of other people’s privacy and personal space, and we always aim to maintain a clean, welcoming and harmonious home. We are easy-going, sociable and happy to get along with housemates, while also respecting everyone’s need for their own space.

We are looking for a comfortable place to call home, with friendly people and a respectful living atmosphere. Ideally, the property would offer convenient parking and access to kitchen facilities.
