What I’m Looking For:
Location: Easy commute access to central Edinburgh or Midlothian areas (especially the X37 or 47B buses).

Property: A clean, furnished single or double room in a quiet household or shared flat with respectful, friendly housemates.

Budget: £600–£800 pcm including bills

Move-in Date: Urgently Early November 2026.
