Looking for a flatmate

Hi! Looking for a flatmate to buddy up with to find a flat to live in London.

My ideal move-in date would be near the end of the year or right at the start of the new year (late December / early January). Ideally looking for a modern, decent flat in an easily accessible nice area for public transit, nearby shops and such.

A little about me: I’m 22 and working full time as an accountant in the city. I’m tidy and keep a solid, active routine with sports and the gym during the week. I am looking for a tidy, calm and peaceful place to come home to after work.

Most weekends you can find me seeing friends, playing sport or checking out social events around London. I love keeping a great, chilled vibe at home and value having my own space and keeping a drama-free house, but I’m definitely not a ghost. I’m always down for a casual drink, a chat, or catching a TV series with flatmates when we're both free. As a roommate, I like to keep the place respectful of personal spaces, clean and keeping noise levels down during the week.
Would love to buddy up or join a place with people who are like-minded, who like going out and trying new cafes / bars but can also enjoy some quiet, relaxed time at home. My maximum budget is up to £1,300/month. Pls reach out!
