Full professor at Autonoma University

I’m Raquel, a Spanish university professor at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). I’ll be coming back to London for a research stay at Imperial College London from 1 January to 31 March 2027, although I could also consider 11 January to 11 April.

I’ve stayed in this area before and would absolutely love to return!

A little about me: I’m a friendly, tidy, quiet, non-smoking professional, and I’ll spend most of my days working at Imperial. I really enjoy having a peaceful and comfortable home to return to.

I also adore animals, so if you happen to have pets, that would actually be a wonderful bonus! I’d be more than happy to help look after them.

One small confession: I’m paid in Spanish academic euros, which tend to become rather shy when faced with London rental prices! 😊 So finding somewhere lovely and reasonably priced would be fantastic.

Warm wishes,

Raquel
