Description
Looking to buddy up for a 2b2b or a spare ensuite room in one.
I'm 30F looking for an ensuite room in preferably a 2b2b apartment, but open to a renting a 1 bed by myself or share a 3b2b in Zone 1/2. I would be moving from Australia to London before Mid Nov. and would ideally like to move in by second or third week of November. I don't mind living at an airbnb for a couple of weeks and do the inspections in together once I arrive within next couple of weeks. I'm also open to a temporary rental while I hunt for a more permanent space.
I have been sharing apartments with my lovely flatmates for past 7-8 years so I'm good with organisation and time management, bills and rent are always paid on time.
I work in marketing, a bit of an introvert but a chatterbox once I get familiar with people. I love reading, cafe/pub hopping, clothes, reformer pilates and a matcha addict. If you are looking to find a flatmate, buddy up or have a spare ensuite room, I'd be incredibly keen to get in touch.
- Happy to buddy up with a female flatmate for a spacious 2b2b in an apartment building.
-Budget is ~1700 pcm for 1 bed, ~1300 pcm for 2b2b flatshare and ~1000 for 3b2b
- Need spacious ensuite room with ample warbsoba and storage space. A desk would be great for WFH days but can get one myself if not already available.
- I'd appreciate clean, peaceful, friendly and organised environment for living together. I love getting along with my flatmates and having the occasional cafe runs, grocery shopping and meals together when time aligns.
- I'm considering areas like Canary/Wood Wharf, Greenwich Peninsula, South Bank/ London Bridge, Wapping and the surrounding areas. I value safety, connectivity, convenience and happy to explore other areas in Zone 1/2 as long as they are within a 30 min commute from my office in Southwark.
- Being in a walkable distance from train stations, supermarkets and fitness studios is important.
Please feel free to get in touch with me if there's a flat/ room that meets these requirement or if you want to buddy up to find a flat together.
I'm very excited about the move and looking forward to experiencing what London has to offer. I'm more than happy to answer any questions!
