Description
Hi,
I’m Alan, a clean, quiet, and highly respectful working professional in my late 40s. I keep regular working hours and lead a calm, low-drama lifestyle.
I am looking for a peaceful, well-maintained home base where I can settle into a stable routine. I take great pride in keeping shared living spaces immaculate, respect personal boundaries completely, and ensure rent and household responsibilities are always handled seamlessly.
What I’m Looking For:
Property Type: A double room in a clean, quiet professional flatshare, house share, or friendly owner-occupied home.
Location:
Areas with good transport links towards Central/East London (e. g., Dartford, Elizabeth Line corridors, or Southeast/East London).
Budget:
Up to £850 – £900/month (ideally with bills included).
Work:
I work in IT in the insurance industry, office is based near Liverpool Street.
I work from home for 3 days a week, so I would ideally love a room with enough space to fit a desk and chair (or be happy for me to swap out a small piece of existing furniture).
Tenancy:
Looking for a stable arrangement with clear, fair terms.
If you have a room coming available that matches a quiet, professional household, or if you’d like to chat to see if I’d be a good fit for your home, please drop me a message.
Many thanks,
Alan
