Hi, I’m Gareth, a performance psychologist looking for a room.

My work is mostly with sports teams, plus some actors and business professionals, so I’m out at training and matches a few evenings and weekends. When I’m home I’m easy-going and quiet. Outside of work I’m into the gym, writing and theatre (my background before psychology).

I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces and happy to chip in around the house. I’d love a friendly, relaxed place where people get on but also give each other space.
