Hello, my name is Keelan.

I am interested in a double room to rent.

I am looking to relocate for work, as I have been offered a position at NORCO composites (BS16) and they want me to start as soon as possible. This is potentially a rolling 3 month contract with at least 6 months work if all goes to plan.

I will be travelling up from Totnes, Devon and will be going back frequently to see my fiancée, dogs, family and friends.

A bit about me - I am a 34yo male and I enjoy going on dog walks across the moors, Acrobatic yoga, a good variety of music and dancing about.

As I cannot easily come and view beforehand given the distance. I would be really grateful If you can send as many images and/or videos that show off the place, which may not be in the listing. Equally a video call to meet each other may be a nice idea if you feel like this could be a good fit.

I do have a couple of questions, if you would be able to clarify these for me:
- When would be the earliest I could move in?
- Can you confirm the minimum term & the deposit needed?
- What appliances are in the flat, that I would have access to, which may not have been listed?
