​Hi, there. My name is Danny. I am a full-time clinical professional working regular daytime hours from Monday to Friday.
​Due to a sudden and unexpected change in my personal circumstances, I am looking to urgently relocate and secure a stable, peaceful room so I can start a fresh chapter and focus on my new work routine.

Accommodation & Location Preferences -
Looking for a clean, affordable single room (or a budget-friendly small double), ideally with bills included.
​As I work in Manchester City Centre, a property located nearby or with easy, direct public transport links to the city centre would be ideal.

About me as a housemate -
Lifestyle & Habits: I am quite a homebody and enjoy a low-key, relaxed lifestyle. In my free time, I mostly like to chill in my room, listen music, watch Netflix/films, or play video games. I am quiet, do not host parties, and naturally respect everyone’s personal space and privacy. I also take pride in keeping communal areas (especially the kitchen and bathroom) clean and tidy after use.
Smoking: I do smoke, but strictly and exclusively outside the house / garden—never indoors. Because of this, I am completely comfortable living with other smokers or non-smokers alike.
Reliability: I have a steady full-time income and will always ensure rent and bills are paid promptly on time.

Preferred Move-in Date: Flexible / Late November or 1st December 2026 (open to moving sooner if the right room is available)
Tenancy Length: Long term or flexible
