Description
Have you ever wanted to live with someone who can cook, clean up after themselves and loves a yap? Well, have I got a proposition for you 👀
Room wanted for a 27yr old who pays rent on time, contributes to the household and occasionally mistakes the kitchen for a podcast studio.
I work in emergency services and occasionally do some videography stuff on the side, I’m super active, a big rugby fan and also getting into CrossFit, so expect me to try and get you to come to some rugby games or a class.
I love a good kitchen yap, spontaneous plans and having a laugh with housemates, but I’m equally happy doing my own thing and having a quiet one. Ideally looking for somewhere that feels like a home, rather than just a group of people sharing a fridge.
Location: Ideally somewhere north of the river (not necessarily in north ldn), but open to south if the commute works out.
Budget: £1200 pcm including bills, but happy to flexible for the right place.
Move-in date: Flexible, just need to be moved in by mid-Jan. Currently Monday–Friday at work, moving onto shifts from Feb.
Pros:
* A genuinely good cook (you can benefit from this).
* Clean and tidy. I know how to use a hoover AND put things back where they belong.
* Excellent kitchen yapper.
* Great at catching spiders.
* Shift worker, so occasionally you’ll have the place to yourself.
* Golden retriever energy. Will probably be happy to see you when you get home.
* You can use my blue light discount.
Cons:
* Rugby. That’s it. That’s the warning. There will be rugby chat (sorry).
* Getting into CrossFit means there’s a non-zero chance you’ll hear me making noises when I try to sit down.
* If you ask how my day was, please ensure you have adequate time available for the answer.
* Shift worker so may resemble a zombie at times.
Ideally looking for like-minded people who want a friendly, relaxed house share where we can have a laugh, watch a bit of telly, or head out for a drink, but also respect each other’s space.
If you’ve got a room coming up, or fancy buddying up to find somewhere, drop me a message! Happy to come armed with good chat, spider-catching skills and potentially some leftovers. 😂
