Hi all.. Looking for a Self Contained Studio flat (not a room in a house or sharing ).. Anytime in mid to late September would be fine, or can be anytime in October...(very flexible)..Not interested in sharing as i video game a lot and work very odd hours.. Can be furnished or unfurnished (i have all new furniture, but can store mine if not needed).. Willing to decorate if it needs tidying up (My dads a Handyman) .. Excellent references..
