Room Wanted From January (Or Studio Flat)

Hi all.. Quiet and helpful semi retired friendly chap, looking for a room ideally from end of January....Would consider property sitting or caretaking of a property or holiday lets.. Very active so can also help out with home chores, driving etc... Minimal cooking facilities needed... Easy going and considerate with a friendly nature.. Young or older age group works fine for me. Car driver, so parking would be handy. Clean and tidy.. Vegetarian worthing, goring, littlehampton, Bognor or surrounding areas etc.. Would also consider a studio flat for extra money each month.. Worthing, littlehampton or other areas considered... Flexible moving date...Many thanks
