Room Wanted From February

Hi all.. Helpful, Quiet and friendly person (Own Business 30 years)..Looking for a room or bedsit, ideally from mid to end of February up to the end of May (will be away on holiday for 3 weeks in march) Currently renting a flat in angmering, so good references from landlord... Minimal cooking facilities needed... Easy going and considerate with a friendly nature.. Young or older age group works fine for me. Car driver, so parking would be handy. Clean and tidy.. Vegetarian.. Worthing, goring, littlehampton, Bognor or surrounding areas etc... Worthing, littlehampton, Bognor or other areas considered... Flexible moving date...Many thanks
