Room needed for Marczi and me

I am a 40 year old female professional currently looking for a double room in the areas specified below. I have a nearly 3 years old tabby boy cat, who has the sweetest nature. He is curious, playful, friendly. I am looking for a place that can be home for both of us, where he is loved and safe. Ideally with a garden access.

I love the theatre, climbing, currently getting back to running, the outdoors, the cinema, but most of the time I enjoy a nice chilled night in. I am tidy and easy going, like to socialise in the house over a cup of tea / glass of wine, but equally enjoy my own time and respect others'.

I am available to move from 15.03 and I am fine to share with females, males, non binary people who are ideally between 27 and 50 years old.
