Looking for a room for 7 days a week 6 month plus

Hi, I’m a professional working in AI/tech. I’m looking for a relatively quiet non-smoking home.

I value wellbeing and have a quiet personal routine of meditation and physical exercises I do privately in my room.

I’m clean, considerate and easy-going. I respect people’s privacy and personal space, keep shared areas tidy, and appreciate a calm household where everyone is friendly but also mindful of each other’s routines.

I’m ideally looking for a double room in a relaxed home shared with one or two other people, with like-minded housemates or a live-in landlord who value mutual respect and a peaceful atmosphere.

I’m reliable, responsible and straightforward to live with — sociable, polite, and not intrusive. I’m hoping to find a comfortable home where everyone feels at ease.
