42 year old professional seeking flatshare

I started a new job as Debt Adviser for a Charity in Hove at the beginning of September. I’ve lived in London nearly half my life but now exploring a move to Sussex where I'm originally from. I'm currently between London and Lewes where I'm currently staying at my parents but looking for a flat share in Brighton & Hove within good commuting distance of the office. I’m friendly, considerate, tidy, and would be a good addition to a flat share. I tend to work mainly in office but occasionally work from home. I recently joined a choir in kemptown, and looking to join a swimming club. I have a bike but not a deal breaker if I can't store it there. I enjoy cinema, current affairs, parkrun, skiing, and many more interests.
