A keen Golfer/Sportsman/Executive Chef/Workaholic Businessman who retired to look after family
I have lived in a property owned by a lady friend who has now chosen to sell the apartment I have lived in the last seven years sadly due to her breast cancer returning for a second time.
Ground floor access and ability to store and charge my mobility scooter (not totally essential more of a bonus)
I receive my entitled benefits and have references to confirm no missed payments whilst being a renter.
The last 25 years has been more about looking after and caring for my injured, ill, dying…or then late family & great friends together with solving their living problems and then tidying up their private matters thereafter so whilst I feel fully able to enjoy my latter years there’s still plenty of fire in my belly to get things done.
Future business & travel plans in progress.....
I just need one “legally registered” home address for bank/PIP/Pension/Electoral Roll needs” so If you are unable to accept housing benefit (now frustratingly called Universal Credit until I’m 66) then consider me on merit, I am most flexible
I can pay you directly from private income. I’m at that point in life where only long-term accommodation is required.
Preferably a one or two bedroom self-contained apartment with en-suite bath/shower room. But in the interim will consider house share 'short term whilst I relocate from Manchester until I find what and where I seek to live permanently and am as ever open-minded to working around any owner landlord.
I have no kids so need to leave no property behind for any family….so sharing with like-minded people can be great fun as I make friends and colleagues very easily.
And am open-minded that there are landlord’s seeking mature house sharers so it makes their life easier. Having had my own rental property portfolio and vastly experienced as a property landlord I see both sides to each other’s needs and accommodate and put myself forward as a caretaker and an asset role as part of my personal profile

Deposit and rent in advance already in place.
I’m a very active person and have friends and associates all over the UK and beyond. So an ideal permanent base is sought so I can travel and visit old friends and business colleagues.
