Software engineer seeking a spacious Ensuite asap

I’m a software engineer looking for a clean and spacious Ensuite.

I need to be in a location that is not far from a train station with direct connectivity to London and would also prefer having a gym and supermarket nearby.

I'm tidy, sociable and very easy to live with. I'm usually quite busy doing my own thing but would be very happy to share a meal or a drink during free time and going on hikes, playing sports, etc. during weekends.

I would like to share the place with considerate housemates that I can call friends and feel at home. I don't intend on entertaining any guests during weekdays and would prefer a similar arrangement in return.
