Spacious Room Wanted With A Gym Nearby

I'm a software engineer based in the city, and looking for a place that's at a walking distance to a train station and a gym. (even better if there's a gym on-site)

I'll need an Ensuite or a large double with own bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dish washer and a full sized fridge.

I'm tidy, friendly and easy to get along with, and looking to share the flat with likeminded professionals. I go into office twice a week and travel abroad for work every couple of months.
