I'm looking for a quiet decent size single or double room in East London, including but not limited to Elm Park, Hornchurch, Upminster, Romford, West Ham or the vicinity of Leyton Underground Station. The room would need to be rented out individually from other rooms in the property under a separate tenancy agreement or under a lodger's agreement if by a live-in landlord. No buddying up please. Furnished, preferably with a lot of storage. A single bed would be sufficient. A quiet household, no children please. Price up to approximately GBP 850 per month, including all bills and broadband. Due to the nature of my work, I often travel and don't normally stay in the property all the time. I always pay the full monthly rent without fail, though.
