I'm a friendly, outgoing 33-year-old looking for a whole property to rent, ideally a long-term home. I'm not looking for a house share or room rental.

I'm self-employed with a regular income and enjoy a good balance of work and socialising. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and very house-proud. I take pride in looking after the properties I live in and can provide a positive reference from my current estate agent, who I've been with for several years.

I also have a small, sleepy and very quiet Chihuahua who is well-behaved and loves nothing more than snoozing!
