Friendly professional seeking room in Brighton

Hi,

I'm excited to be looking for a room in Brighton/Hove.

I’m a 37 year old writer, originally from Leicester (I hope the accent didn’t follow me).

I'm looking for a double furnished room, ideally with my own bathroom, to move in 30th November or earlier.

I'm friendly, tidy, and creative, and looking to live with similar people :)

I would say I’m mostly out writing in cafes, on walks or at the cinema. My idea of a party is crying laughing at Celebrity Traitors, so I won’t be having any mad raves. I value space/privacy, but also more than happy to socialise with housemates occasionally.

Maximum budget is £980 per month (with all bills included), looking to rent for 6-12 months or hopefully longer.

P. s also a huge animal lover, so it’s a massive bonus if you have a dog or cat!
