Professional seeks peace & quiet

Hi ..

I am working on the Beaulieu estate and desperately looking for long term accommodation within easy drive of Beaulieu i. e. Lymington, Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst , Blackfield and Hythe & Dibden areas but definitely not central Southampton thanks .
I am looking for quiet and peaceful accommodation, until i April 2026 when i will retire to my house in rural France... an annex or anything self-contained would be fine , single or double bedroom as long as it's clean and quiet. There must be safe parking and good internet/Wi-Fi this is very important as i work a lot on my laptop most evenings. My upper monthly limit is £550 to £600 per month including bills as unfortunately horticulture is not that well paid but this would be a good steady regular income for someone until i am offered a property on the Beaulieu estate. I am also willing to maintain a garden which can be incorporated into the monthly rate if wanted .
I am an independent clean and tidy person, friendly and totally trustworthy and I like to travel when possible, with music and sports being a couple of my main interests. I am also an animal lover so pets are no problem with me.
