Accommodation sought for ongoing arrangement

Wanted a room in peaceful rural property, that doesnt necessarily mean nothing but the ticking of a clock.. just looking for somewhere with relaxed energy. Dont need anything modern or swanky, just somewhere dry and fairly comfortable. Ideally an outbuilding at extra cost if necessary for my dogs or space for a couple kennels. Also have some rescue cats who do their own thing. Budget 600
Im easy going non judgemental dont care who you are or what u do, if it doesnt affect me its none of my business. I'm friendly sociable if I'm cooking I cook for whoever's there. If i make a mess I clean it up also like my own company so if I'm in my room it doesnt mean anything other than that. Looking for similar easygoing housemate.
Im handy and come with tools.. more than willing to help out around the place.
