Room with bills / relocating from Manchester

I need a quality double room maybe if lucky an en-suite too for a reasonable rent only please. I am working for a nearby company. I don't smoke I just need a place to work and live in with not too much drama I don't bring guests and enjoy peace .

I will be working for a company close by and coming home to do the usual routine of make dinner bit of TV wash up sleep go to work nothing fancy. I respect other peoples privacy and treat their property with respect.

I will not be at the property on most of my days off if this helps in anyway with your requirements and I will not ask for any reduction. I will be working an afternoon shift at a local company.

I am a clever shopper with my Tesco club card so if ordering groceries I will merge items to save you money also. I know how to use a hoover also if it helps decision making! I am used to being in company of other nationalities and cultures so I am easy going and respectful.
