Looking for flatshare that accepts pets (a cat)

I am looking to find a room to room or flat to rent which would be happy to accept pets (a cat). My cat is neutered and is house trained and generally spends a lot of the time sleeping!

I am happy to provide references if required, I am used to sharing and am sociable but also respect people's privacy and space. I also know how to clean up after myself :)
