Hi, I’m Chris, a 37-year-old full-time professional currently living in Hertford and working at a law firm in London. I’m out of the house Monday to Friday, usually around 7am–5pm.
I’m friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful. I enjoy football, music, travelling, food and keeping fit, but I also value my own space and would prefer a calm, tidy household.
I’m looking for a good-sized double room, ideally with parking and within walking distance of a train station. My budget is around £800 per month including bills, although I could consider slightly more depending on the room, location and commute costs.
I’m ideally looking to move around the end of September 2026, although I may be able to move slightly earlier for the right place.
Preferred areas include Hertford, Ware, Welwyn Garden City, Welwyn, Knebworth, Stevenage, Cuffley, Cheshunt, Potters Bar, Borehamwood, St Albans and Harpenden
