65Yr Retired Ex-Antique Dealer/Writer/Musician seeks DOUBLE-ROOM (preferably with en-suite or exclusive use of), STUDIO FLAT, MOBILE HOME, OR SIMILAR QUIET AND PEACEFUL ACCOMODATION, ALONG THE KENT COAST.

Budget: £600-800 pcm

Hi there.

I am a 65 year old Father of three grown up children, who up until a few years ago ran a successful antiques business for over 30 years.

I am also a musician and published writer.

I have undergone several surgeries and this has prompted a change in my mobility and life and a re-assessment of what I can, and cannot do, physically, and I have been forced (reluctantly) into early retirement.

As a result of this I am now seeking either a double bedroom in a house-share (preferably with en-suite, or some sort of privacy would be even better, but might consider sharing a bathroom/toilet), or a studio flat, or similar self-contained accommodation (would consider mobile home/caravan/studio etc), ON OR NEAR THE KENT COAST.

I am CURRENTLY living in an apartment on the Kent coast, but I am now seeking quieter accomodation for an older gentleman, who has a few health issues, but prefers living a quieter life.

I ORIGINATE FROM S. E LONDON, but have lived in both KENT AND ESSEX.

I am seeking accomodation anywhere in the nicer parts of the STATED areas.

I will consider farther afield, up to 10 miles from the stated locations.

I can supply 30 years of PERFECT rent record, personal or any other references, and rent and deposit up-front (PAPER rental agreement must be provided).

I like to live a quiet settled peaceful life (no loud music or parties), am scrupulously clean and tidy, and I consider myself to be a PERFECT tenant.

You will not will not find better IF YOU WANT YOUR RENT PAID ON TIME, SOMEONE WHO RESPECTS YOUR HOUSE, AND YOUR PRIVACY, AND LIKES TO LIVE A QUIET PEACEFUL LIFE.

I have lived an extraordinary life, and have mingled with musicians, and film industry people, having worked in the film and entertainments businesses, and have many stories to tell.

I am a published writer, and have staged one-man photography exhibitions, and large outdoor county shows, in the past.

I have also patented two inventions.

But...at heart...I'm just a South East London cockney boy.

I'm also a Grandad to two beautiful little twin girls...who are my world.

I like to live a private, quiet, life,
so definitely no party houses, control-freaks/dirty housemates (if sharing), blaring radios etc.

NO HOUSEHOLDS WITH MINORS, OR ANY HOUSEHOLDERS UNDER 40 PLEASE.

IDEALLY, A GROUND-FLOOR OR BASEMENT (I HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH A LOT OF STEEP STAIRS) STUDIO, OR ONE BEDROOM, FLAT.

I HAVE WORKED ALL OF MY LIFE, BUT AM NOW MEDICALLY-RETIRED DUE TO MY RECENT OPERATIONS AND HEALTH-ISSUES.
