I’m looking for a studio, annex or room in Brighton from 15 March (flexible for the right place).

Budget: £800–£1k including bills
Length: 6 months+ preferred

Looking for:
• Good natural light
• Access to a bath
• Space to work from home
• A calm, well-kept home

Open to a self-contained space or a house share with other creative or self-employed people who value their own projects and independence.

About me:
I’m a writer working on my fifth draft of a novel. I run The Soil Factory (a community composting project), work with Old Tree, am part of the core crew at Fox & Badge, and mentor young men through A Band of Brothers.

Outside work I’m involved in poetry, acroyoga and contact improv. I’m tidy, grounded, and used to shared living. My working hours can vary, but I’m considerate and communicative.

Stable income and references available.
