Clean/Quiet Room for Professional Female

Hi and welcome to my ad :).

I am a single woman with a background in drama, bodywork and education. I have lived in different countries and consider myself an open-minded person who gets along with people from diverse cultures and ages. I believe to be a housemate/lodger who is down to earth, considerate, reliable and friendly. Naturally clean and tidy, I treat the place I live as my own; extremely well. I clear/clean after myself, contribute to keeping everything neat and tidy, don't smoke and keep my social life outside the home.

Due to my work with children and vulnerable people, I hold an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service). I also hold the settle status that gives me the right to work and rent in the UK.

What I am hoping for is a quiet and well maintained room in a pleasant, and clean home.

It would be very nice to have some communal areas to share; a living room/lounge, garden, but this is not essential.

When possible, I'd appreciate the opportunity to have a brief initial call/video call before arranging a viewing.
