Civil servant - professional needs room/flat

Hi!
well, first of all, I'm male, straight, age near 40, professional, under full time employment.
Looking for room (for 4-5 days a week) or buddy up to rent whole property. Offers with Garage for my camper van would be priority.
At the moment I'm working as an engineer for public sector, on permanent role (8 years already). AKA civil servant, it means stable salary and no criminal past at least.
Most of our team is working remotely, but 1-3 days per week I'm working from office anyway.
I'm open minded. I like many things (music, going out, cinema, concerts, theatre, books, movies, etc), depends on mood and company surrounds me.
I like hiking, chess, experimenting with 3D printing, and I can make best Yorkshire pudding!
But I'm involved in vegetarian food too.
I prefer wine, sometimes beer (but not daily of cause).
Non {smoker or lunatic or ex-criminal} :)
As my job title partially states I care about order and prefer constructive and communicative life style.
I like tidiness and privacy too.
Usually 1-2 weeks in two months I spend in Europe. So less overcrowded house/flat and more freedom for the rest of housemates for few weeks :) Manchester,
and Edinburgh are top priority, but all offers are welcome!
(Offers starting from 700 pcm should have en-suite and foot distance to the centre or be kinda studio, 7 days a week).
Weekend only plus 1-2 extra days offers (up to 4-5 days a week) up to 500 pcm.
I have no pets, but I like dogs and cats.
