Clean, quiet, tidy large double rm wanted

Hi !

Clean, quiet and tidy large double room wanted with good storage. Would be great if an en-suite and would pay a bit more.

I like my own quiet space and the area must be quiet at night. I'm a good socializer too. I have commonsense and a good sense of humour!

I'm good to share a house with and always clean up after myself.. Would appreciate house-mates who do the same (wink)

I'm looking for a clean, bright, warm and large room just for me. Internet also needs to be fast fibre and if I could hardwire into the modem, so much the better (not a 'must').

I'm looking for a reliable and long-term space, I'm somewhat flexible on the area.

By the way, I am fit and healthy and on no medications. I'm mainly vegetarian and sometimes eat fish.
