Calm 2-Bed Share?

Hi,
I work in Enterprise Sales at a high-growth start-up and split my week between the office and two days working from home.

I’m specifically looking to share a 2-bed flat with just one other person — not a multi-tenant house.

For me, home is somewhere calm, organised and easy to live in.
Outside of work I’m into yoga, the gym, healthy eating and generally looking after my wellbeing. I enjoy good conversation and I’m always happy to share a glass of wine now and then — just not a party-house setup.

A fairly structured weekday routine

I appreciate living with someone who keeps common areas tidy, values privacy, and is comfortable having direct conversations if anything needs sorting. Ideally someone with their own rhythm and interests too.

Open to central areas close to a gym or yoga studio.
