Description
#DogFriendly
I'm a professional chocolatier and run the annual and Cambridge Chocolate Festival and fringe events supporting small, local, indie businesses.
A little bit about me - I enjoy film, perusing local restaurants and cafe culture, canoeing, trying my hand at punting, sailing, art, theatre, cycling, hiking, general outdoors vibe, yoga and joining or hosting small dinner parties or picnics.
I hope to keep exploring, surrounding villages, the seaside, delving into some of the local folklore, history, and attending open talks when in Cambridge.
I would welcome any offers of a double or single room in a shared home or self contained studio flat *within my budget of $750 incl. utilities, but would pay more for the right roommates and the right flat.
I am more than happy to pay a pup deposit too.
I have EXCELLENT references with employers/ clients as well as current and previous homeowners and lettings agents.
I am looking for a relatively quiet space, and somewhere to call "home" for awhile.
I don't drive yet in this country, (originally from Canada) and work primarily in the town centre of Cambridge and therefore travel a bit. Getting a license is on the To-do List but I am also very happy getting around on my Cambridge cruiser with Truffle as my passenger.
If you didn't make it to The Cambridge Chocolate Festival this year over Valentine's Wknd at the Cambridge Union Society / Orator Lounge, there is always next year, and we put on fringe events as well throughout the year.
