Hi, I’m Alistair! I am currently selling/ sold my own place to downsize for a bit and get out of debt and save up some money. I have rented various places in the past and lived with all manner of ppl and am very easy to get along with. Likewise i have also used this website in the past to rent my own rooms out to lodgers and so naturally i would take care of your home as if it were my own and respect my fellow housemates.
I am a gas engineer by trade and run my own plumbing business. Could be handy if you need a landlord safety certificate 🤣 or anything fixing.
I work quite a lot but in my spare time i like going to the gym, staying fit and healthy, chilling, watching sports, etc.
Ideally i am looking for a room to rent starting in the next month or so. It would be a plus if there was off road parking or easy parking as i do have a van.
