Searching for self contained accommodation

After several years away from the area, I’m now looking to move back to be nearer to family.

I’m looking for a self-contained apartment, flat or small house, ideally with access to a garden, as I have a small dog too. I’m happy to discuss an additional pet deposit if appropriate.

I don’t drink, party or do anything particularly ‘fun’ (which, now I’ve written it down, makes me sound incredibly boring!). I love to sew, so I’d ideally like enough space to set up my small sewing machine. I’m a fully qualified personal trainer and TEDx speaker, and I run my own business from home.

Cordy, my dog, is a rescue and can be nervous around strangers, which is why self-contained accommodation is important for us rather than a house share. Once settled, he’s a chilled little boy who loves nothing more than curling up in a nest of cushions.

Bills included would be great for ease, but aren’t essential.

I’m looking for somewhere that can feel like home rather than just a temporary room, and I’m happy to provide any further information needed.
