Mature professional seeks room

Am ideally looking for a room to rent in a shared house/flat which would have my own bath/toilet facilities etc so i have my own space but this is not an essential requirement. I do not want shower only though as I prefer baths. I'd prefer sharing accommodation with a female non-smoker or couple/family or at the very least not a house with lots of tenants. I am clean, tidy, honest, currently studying and can provide references if required. I am allergic to cats so obviously need somewhere without cats in the property. I do not want to share with a house full of students so please don’t contact me if that’s what you have. Ideally there would be a live in landlord or landlady at the property. Thanks.
